James Andrade is a scam artist. He stole half of our deposit money and didn't do the job that was agreed upon. He dropped off some material did nominal work, left the project and never came back, stealing our money. After repeated calls, we never heard from him. We made sure every contractor locally is aware of this so called "handyman". We was not handy, he was pathetic. Don't hire James, unless you want to be ripped off.
