Grant Co. agreed to pay for the repairs and made a check out to said paving company. ( See attachments). Mr. [redacted] picked a check at the Grant Co office, then sometime approached the paving company and asked them to endorse the check and he would give them $200.00 for their trouble. The paving company refused. When check was deposited un-endorsed the Grant Co bank refused to honor it. The Grant Co. feels that if Mr. [redacted] really wanted his drive way fixed it would have been already done. Mr [redacted] can obviously live with the small amount of damage as long as he can put a decent amount of money in his pocket.
