This complaint has been resolved to satisfaction of the customer The customer was comparing the print to another shop, but the dimensions of the print were very different and therefore the resolution of the print was also different The quality of the print was within specifications of the Brother DTG printer for the file, fabric and size of print Additionally, with direct to garment printing there are many different brands and generations of print machines These are essentially ink jet printers and print quality varies between manufacturer Once we understood that the print was to be smaller on the shirt, the resolution/colors could be easily matched We stand behind our customer service and quality of our prints and why James Gang is the leader in Screen Printing in San Diego since 1976! Unfortunately this was escalated to Revdex.com, but in the end it all worked out and we have built what I believe will be a long standing relationship with the customer
