We were happy with the work that was done however we had some concerns
Have to request receipts for material/supplies boughtOnly provided a total amount on the bill
If paying by cheque no receipt was provided
Bought similar products we had on hand that James indicated could not be used He needed a different type He tried using a couple of the new ceiling tiles, still didn't work and advised we should take the remaining items back to the store This would be impossible as it was paid by his credit cardA lesson learned we shouldn't have paid for the product before all the work was done (as we were a new client requested payment up front for the first part of work done)
Unused supplies were taken by James without asking if we wanted them
Does not provide tarps to cover the floor/work area We shouldn’t be the one’s cleaning up the sawdust, mud off walls/floor/fixtures
