In regards to *** *** complaint, we have since then resolved the matter Ms*** was seen in our office, for a comprehensive eye exam, on January 26thShe returned on 1/31, to be evaluated and fit in contacts Her contact lens RX was finalized and she ordered a supply of
contacts She did not return for almost one month to pick them up However, she did not want to pick them up and asked to return them because she found them somewhere else for $less We offered to match the price and she was happy Please note that she signed an all Sales Final policy prior to ordering the contacts We have this policy and inform all patients prior to ordering products, due the the high cost of returns Ms*** later decided that she did not like the contacts and wanted to be re-fit in another brand We waived our re-fit fee (Drscharge for time) and also tried her in two more different brands of contacts According to Ms***, she wrote the Revdex.com prior to hearing back from our office management The practice and doctor have accommodated Ms*** She informed us that she tried to retract her statement with the Revdex.com She stated that she was completely happy with the service and the price match If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me -- *** Forest Virginia Eye Clinic, PLLC ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
