Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,

Our client is lashing out at the law firm trying to help her and the Revdex.com is not the place to handle these issues. I believe she is probably sorry for filing this complaintShe is a single mother and it's hard. Our work on her case has been and will continue to be excellent.
Our firm has done everything properly and will continue doing exactly that. My name is *** ***, Managing Director for the firm***

I am Scott ***, the Managing Director for the firm. I appreciate you bringing all issue like this to my attention. We take pride in our advertising and policies. Please call me at *** to discuss this matter. We do our best to provide excellent client
service and despite you not being a client our excellent service should never change regardless of who is calling. It's possible that something was printed out of the standard so it would be great if you still had the letter and envelope so I could identify exactly what you are looking at and correct it if something is wrong.Again, I look forward to speaking to you. Call *** or *** and ask for Scott *** directly. I am in meetings a lot so please leave a message if I don't answer the phone. You could also ask for GLEN or ANNA or Elizabeth and they will try to find me

Ms*** is not being honest in her complaint Also, our attorney didn't remove anything from the system Our system prevents that While it's true that our clients is struggling with paying back her creditors she is considered Over Median which means that she makes more than most
people for her family size and location. To say that our "no services rendered" is simply NOT true and she knows this What Ms*** is asking for is that we work for freeShe hired us and told us specially to WORK on her behalf and that is exactly what we did She set up appointments to sign her petition on (3) occasions We prepared her draft petition after reviewing pages of documents including lawsuit and pay advice informationWe prepare for each and every appointment so the appointment is productive and so we can file the case with the client in the office She was in constant contact with our firm and we answered all her questions and concerns But, I guess she doesn't consider any of this work.On 6/she told us she was getting paid on 6/and would have the remaining funds to file. On 6/she asked that her case be closed and that we asked send her an itemization of the time spent on her caseThat was sent on (after the holiday weekend).I have no issue refunding Ms*** the $she paid but only is she agrees we DID work for her We are all about helping people but saying we did nothing, changed entries and took advantage of her is simply false

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThey were incorrect regarding the events that followed my request to no longer use their servicesHowever, a full refund was provided since they could not prove that anything, except a free consultation, was done on my case
Sincerely,
*** ***

Ms. [redacted] complaint is entirely false and amazing really.  Our firm worked on her case for over 1400 days and spent  over $15,000 in time. She was never told there were not additional fees.  To say that we let the "case lapse" is slander.  The only item that Ms[redacted] was...

accurate about, was that she was under a Doomsday order.  That means she didn't pay the Trustee and and they gave her 1 final chance that SHE AGREED TO.  She lost her job, moved out of Wisconsin and incurred additional debt. We didn't cause of her troubles and we can't fix a case where the client is not paying and not working.  We understand the issues of job loss, we're experts.  So, I understand the lashing out.  But, it's directed at the wrong people.

Ms. [redacted] hired our firm on 7/5/16, signed a contract and told us to start working on her case.  We did exactly that and fullfilled our obgliations to her.  Two months later on Friday 9/30 she emails us she no longer wants to file.  We called her immediately to discuss the...

matter.   All her money was refunded, we worked for free.  The fund were returned the NEXT business day, Monday 11/7.  She knows this and was told this and still thought she needed to file a complaint.I think this matter was handled expertly by our firm.

Our client hired our firm to file a Chapter 13 to get his license back so he could drive and to deal with his tax debt and various other debts.  He was told that his Priority Tax Debt would affect his case depending on the amounts.  Is was discussed specifically with Mr. P that his budget...

was very tight.  He said he could afford it and it was the lowest plan possible to accomplish his goals and would be approved by the Court.   He agreed to this under his own free will.  To say that documents were turned upside down and comparing us to mortgage fraud is unacceptable and untrue.  We don’t send text messages in all capital letters.  We do capitalize words for emphasis to make it easier.   Chapter 13s are $4,000 and the filing fee is $310.  His plan payment didn’t keep going up.  Mr. P abandoned his case after 12/13/17.  We called him, sent him emails, texted him, sent him letters 12 times in all and he didn’t respond once.  He stopped paying the Trustee via payroll control which must mean he lost his job.   Our firm did receive $595 and we did over $4000 in work.    We did great work, we have the highest ethical standards and I am sure he’s just lashing out.

Our firm has done extraordinary work for our client for 5 years.  We have over 500 work entries and over $17,000 in attorney time helping them.  Their case discharged on 4/3/17. He wants his title and I completely understand that but our firm has NOT received it yet.  MB...

Financial claims they mailed it but it's NOT reached our firm.  We do not control the mail  When we tell him we don't have it, he doesn't believe us.  As soon as we receive his title we will make arrangements for him to get it.  I cannot send him what I don't have.

Our client's case is filed and it's going perfectly.
