I had a fence installed November 1, 2018. I paid 4600.00 for it. The fence is warping, nails are popping out and the gates don't work. Some of the wood is splitting. He refuses to fix.

Desired Outcome

Repair I would like him to repair with appropriate wood. I paid a lot of money.
