Due to HIPPA violation, we are unable to speak to the husband about what work has been completed on his wife. We did start her treatment and prepped her tooth for the crown. The patients husband then called us to cancel her follow up appointment to complete the procedure. He stated that he was...

sending his wife to Korea and she would continue her treatment there. He said nothing about her not liking the doctor, office, or complain about the procedure. He refused to let his wife speak to us. We are willing to offer a refund less the difference of the services already provided, however, we have not been able to reach the patient since he started filling complaints. The complaint is completely false. Even the credit card company refused his request for a refund. He went out of our way to ensure the patient was comfortable and even offered a significant discount since the patient did not have dental insurance. We are still willing to complete dental treatment if the patient wishes.
