James Mack

Review: On 11 July 2013 James Mack was contracted and paid a deposit of $16,293.06 to install a home septic system per the engineering plans provided by All County and Associates. I called J. Mack at the end of July to verify he was aware that [redacted] County had approve the permit and asked when the job would be done. I was told he would begin as soon as weather permitted. I called mid-August and was told the same thing. I called 17 September and left a voice message. 18 September James Mack returned my call to say he would start the job Sept 20 and finish by the end of the following week. Sept 20 he scarified the surface of the lawn and dumped a truck load of stone in my yard. He did not return. 16 Oct I left a voice message asking when he'd continue the job. There was no reply. 26 Nov I called and left a voice message indicating I'd like a return call to indicate the date that the work would be completed or I'd like my deposit returned. There has been no reply.Desired Settlement: I'd like the deposit ($16,293.06) to be returned to me.

I was contacted by James Mack regarding complaint ID [redacted]. The issue has not been resolved. He says he would like to complete the job but has not done so.
