Extermination company, [redacted], treated ** Port O Call Dr. We have treated Apt. * a total of 7 times with the most recent being November 6th and starting back to August. We have treated the entire building 3 times with the most recent being Oct. 28th. On Oct 7th when the resident was treated it was noted by [redacted] that 'no sightings', resident was there but asleep. Also, the most recent was done on Nov. 6th and the treatment invoice shows no sightings at time of service too. We are scheduling a clean out treatment of all 4 units in this hallway at the end of this week which is the week of November 10th. We are hoping to get full cooperation from the residents in this unit so the final overall treatment can be done properly.
We will continue to be in contact with these 4 residents up to the final overall treatment, if we get one that does not follow the procedures they need to do on their end, we will have to post pone treatment. Although we are hoping to get full cooperation and then submit the service and the roach problem should be gone. We feel as a management company we have been very proactive in handling extermination procedures.
