case. In the letter I stated the [redacted] was appealing but did not sate I was representing her. She never signed a contract for my representation on this matter. I explained to [redacted] that it was necessary to prove that she was entitled to Social Security Disability benefits in order to prove this LTD case.  I represented her on the SS claim and gave her a copy of my retainer agreement pertaining to this representation. If we were unable to prove entitlement to SSD the insurance company would not pay the insurance benefit. It was important to pursue the Social Security benefit in order to prove her LTD entitlement.
