This is the most horrifying hotel you could possible imagine We booked two events within a one week window They never told us that the kitchen was closed They never told us they couldn't do one event until two days before the event We had to scramble to get new location and catering accommodated For the second even we were assured they could make it happen numerous times We got to the hotel for our training: heat didn't work in the room (it's December), the projector for our presentation didn't work We went to another location They told us they were going to cater in the food and deliver it to us - they just went to the supermarket and dropped it off - without even bringing plate or bowls!!
