they should have flushed the new line before connecting it to the main line going into the home!!! we had no running water inside the home due to the lines being plugged with rocks and pvc pipe shavings! we've had to replace all faucets and most of the water lines because of thisand our main line runs underneath the home under a concrete slab, meaning we may have to run all new lines! anyone with common sense would know to flush out a pipe you shoved into the ground before connecting it to a much smaller line going into the home!
