Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/12/22) */ I AM VERY EMBARRASSED WITH THIS BUT I THOUGHT AFTER I OWE YOU AN EXPLANATIONIT'S A LONG STORYBUT I'M NOT GOING ANY WHEREJUST TEMPORARILY EMBARRASSED IT STARTED IN MAY WITH A CREDIT CARD FRAUD OF JUST ABOUT $14,THEN AFTER THE FIREARM AND MILITARY AUCTIONS I HIRED THE GUN CLUB TO DO THE SHIPPING, I ASSUMED THEY KNEW WHAT TO DO AND WITH ALMOST FIREARMS I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE BETTER EQUIPPED TO HANDLE ITI WAS WRONG! IT TOOK THEM MONTHS TO FINALLY GET EVERYTHING SHIPPEDTHEY LOST TWO OF THE HIGHEST SELLING RIFLES SO, BECAUSE OF THE LENGTH OF TIME THEM WERE TAKING TO SHIP, I STARTED TO GET CHARGE BACKS, A LOT OF CHARGE BACKS SO, BETWEEN THE CREDIT CARD FRAUD AND ALL THE CHARGE BACKS ON THE CREDIT CARDS THE RISK DEPARTMENT OF THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR COMPANY WITHHELD $20,I WAS STILL GETTING CHARGE BACKS BECAUSE OF THE SHIPPING PROBLEM, SO AFTER THE OCTOBER FIREARM AUCTION, THEY WITHHELD ANOTHER $10, SO AS OF RIGHT NOW THEY HAVE $30,OF THE COMPANIES FUNDS WHICH THEY CAN HOLD FOR UP TO MONTHS BECAUSE CUSTOMERS HAVE UP TO MONTHS TO DISPUTE A PURCHASE THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE MAY, IT HAS BEEN VERY STRESSFUL FOR THIS OLD MANAND HAS PUT ME INTO AN VERY EMBARRASSING POSITION FOR A WHILE I NOW HAVE A NEW PROCESSOR BUT THAT ONLY STARTED WITH THE AUCTION THIS MONTH (NOVEMBER)SO WHAT I HAVE TO USE THE FUNDS FROM MY COMMISSIONS TO PAY YOU AND SEVERAL OTHER CONSIGNORS I HAVE ANOTHER COIN & JEWELRY AUCTION ON JANUARY 3RD AND I WILL SEND YOU HALF AND IF IT GOES REALLY WELL ALL I AM VERY SORRY, BUT THEY HAVE ME IN A VERY BAD PLACE RIGHT NOW AND THEY REALLY DONE SEEM TO CARE, THEY ARE WATCHING OUT FOR THEMSELVES I WILL BE SENDING MR [redacted] A REFUND AS SOON AS THE FUNDS ARE AVAILABLEI AM SORRY ABOUT THIS Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/01/01) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The refund was processed on 12/20/2017.  I have apologized to Mr. [redacted], on the phone as mistakes do happen.  The ring was in fact sold on Proxibid for $225.00 plus buyers premium and shipping costs.  I again am sorry for the inconvenience.
