Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/02/29) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] AdminMgr Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: [redacted] @staminaproducts.com In response to Mr [redacted] 's complaint, I have researched this issue with our customer care department and have confirmed that Stamina has been in contact with Mr [redacted] regarding this issue several timesI apologize for the trouble that he has experienced with this product, as this is not typical It was not the intention of the customer care representative to get Mr [redacted] to purchase a more expensive bike, and we apologize if it was construed that wayStamina is a company of high integrity and values it customers and wants them to be completely satisfied with their productTherefore, since Mr [redacted] had experienced so many issues with his product, the customer care representative could see that this particular unit was not meeting his needs and suggested that he may want to consider another model, and not necessarily a Stamina brand unitWith regards to the customer stating that he was told that the product was "low end", this may have been a miscommunication between the representative and Mr [redacted] While this product is a lower price point unit that does not mean that it is a low end product or lacks in performance or integrityStamina offers a wide price point on items to help accommodate the needs of every consumer With those items being addressed, Stamina is more than happy to issue Mr [redacted] a full refund for the price of the unitPlease have Mr [redacted] contact me directly at [redacted] @staminaproducts.com to provide me with the proper mailing address for the refund

We are sorry to hear of the difficulty Ms*** is experiencingHowever, even though the product that she has is a Stamina item, the order was neither placed with nor shipped from StaminaThe order was placed with Stores, and shipped from
Amazon, according to the order number providedSince the order was placed through Stores, they would need to be the one to issue the refund as they are the ones that collected Ms***'s paymentUnfortunately, we cannot control or dictate a retailers return policy, that is up to each individual retailerWith that being said Ms*** will need to contact Stores and/or Amazon regarding the return of the product and reimbursementAgain, we apologize for any inconvenience Ms*** has experienced

Disputed the full amounts to my credit card company and approved
I do not know the deal between *** and *** but the product was shipped from Stamina and neither Amazon or Storescan receive this package

I have traced the UPS tracking number provided back to a Store order number that was shipped from Stamina to Ioannis Kalampokis not *** ***, same addressThis is why it wasn't found in our system during the initial inquiryThe order was received by Stamina from Stores on 5/16/16, the order was shipped on 5/17/If the order was cancelled on 5/19/per Ms***'s explanation, it was too late as the product had already shipped and was scheduled to deliver the next dayNo cancellation request was ever received from StoreI can see on the UPS tracking that Ms*** returned the unit and it is still in transit to our warehouseAs the matter of refund, Ms*** (Kalampokis) purchased her product from Store, they collected the money for this purchaseTherefore, Store will be the source of any refund and their return and restocking policies applySee http://123stores.com/return-policyEach vendor's return and restocking policies varyStamina does not control that
When searching for the above order we also found another order in our system dated 4/18/for *** *** via another vendor for the same itemThis unit was delivered on 4/21/Stamina did receive correspondence from the other vendor dated 5/19/stating Ms*** wished to return the product due to a noise it was makingOn 5/19/Stamina received an email from the other vendor that stated, "Customer is willing to receive a replacement since she doesn't want to be charged a restocking fee and pay for return shipping"See http://www.ojcommerce.com/help/returnAgain, the restocking fee and return shipping are charges that would have been incurred from the other vendor, not *** *** shipped the replacement unit on 5/20/and customer was instructed by the other vendor to destroy the old unitThe replacement unit was received on 5/26/
It appears that Ms*** *** did receive a replacement unit on 5/from the other vendorI can see from the tracking that she has returned the unit purchased from Store to Stamina via UPS (still in transit).It appears from Ms ***'s latest correspondence that her credit card company reversed the chargesIf any additional reimbursement is to be made for the unit that she ordered from them, she will have to work with Store, but again she will have to go by their return policy
Again, we are sorry for Ms***'s trouble, but the issue appears to be with Store's return/restock policy and that is out of Stamina's control
