On Monday, March 13, 2018, I went to Galaxy Camera to buy a replacement *** Quick Charger (one of several items in a carrying case missing when I returned from a holiday abroad) and paid $for the Quick ChargerOn Tuesday, March 14, 2018, the Hotel called to say the carrying case was found and would be shipped to me in OttawaOn Wednesday, March 14, I returned to Galaxy Camera for a refund, explaining the incident and reason for returning the itemThe *** said no kind of refund/return was possible according to store policy!
