This business is awful. Worst decision I ever made was to hire them. They were supposed to start on Monday so I sent the paint colors in on Saturday. I have to call them because they don't show up. The owner, [redacted] tells me that I didn't send the paint in on time and that they just received it that morning. Then, They get a color wrong and I have to stop them before they paint any more. [redacted] had told them to paint a coat and if I didn't like it them I could change it, instead of asking me if it was right. I had left the color for them in the house and clearly it was wrong.
They did not do trim in the hallways or in a bathroom like it said on the proposal. They also left a mess and left the blinds on the floor instead of putting them back up. I pointed this out, and they picked up the blinds and did a very bad job on the trim. There was still a mess on the floor.
Then, I reluctantly wrote a check for them. The money is taken out of my account and cleared, but they are saying that it has not cleared on their side. They are very rude about this and saying they are going to take legal action because they don't believe I have sufficient funds. I had to meet him at my bank to settle it.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I will never hire them again.
