On 5-3-16 our business was called by Mr [redacted] for issues with his heating and air conditioning system.He has stated he was not happy with past servicing contractor and was looking for someone else. The other company was coming out twice a year and charging his system. Our service tech was able to...

find system low on Freon. He leaked checked the system and after crawling up into a very tight crawl hole to access attic was able to find a leaky evaporator coil. Being the company that we are, we verified there was factory warranty left on coil. We obtained a coil and returned next day to make repairs. Mr [redacted] did leave a sheet, my employees tried the best they could to keep the insulation ( no sheetrock was broke or torn as he stated) off his clothes. Most customers would have removed clothes from closet to allow better access to attic and to keep that from happening. Service tech said he might complain as he did best he could to keep dust from attic from getting on clothes. We billed Mr [redacted] on 5-4-16 and waited. After 30 days he was mailed another invoice. As he was a new customer, we do give some time to pay bill. But after several mailings and calls, I finally called to let him know we where going to add late fees ( as stated on bottom of our invoices ) I finally made contact with him and he stated he wasn't paying until we made an adjustement. This was about 6 months after the service was made. He said he had pictures and that his fiancé had to wash all his clothes. I stated that if he would send me proof, I might, but it had been six months with no contact from him. He started to cuss and raise his voice on the phone to me. I hung up. We added late fees from day 30 and mailed him an invoice and finance statement charges. I had my secretary wait another month or two hoping customer would cool down and pay his bill. After no more contact. I turned him over to collection.This man out right lied about showing me pictures. He stated he would but never did.I will not remove the charges and will fight to keep this on his credit report.If you remove it, I will file it again. He is an angry customer and I will put out to all heating and air contractors to avoid him at all cost.Our company goes above and beyond in our area. We are among the top contractors in our area. Have thousands of satisfied customers.I will not let angry, lazy liar bother me.I am angry and will pursue to my last breathe to damage his credibility.He should not call for service if he doesn't want to complain.I will probably contact my attorney if he doesn't back down. I will file a lien in his property and go even farther.
