Do not take your car to ray pearman lincoln for service. I called for days with no return calls. I just wanted to know how long a warranty repair would take. [redacted] in service finally called back. He told me the service manager [redacted] would get me a loaner car. Then she wouldn't call me back. So [redacted] told me to come anyway and he would get me a loaner. You are supposed to get a loaner with any service. When I got there, no loaner. [redacted] lied to me. [redacted] proceeded to call me a liar saying I never called her. Then told another employee I was a [redacted]. Great manager. My husband still wanted me to leave my car. So he came and got me. 3 days later, after [redacted] not returning my calls we came down there. My car had not been touched. We left, and had it repaired elsewhere. I have heard horrible Ray Pearman stories over the last month. I hope my friends post their complaints also. Had I known I would have never have gone. The facilites is run down and so dirty. The bathroom at [redacted] is cleaner and even looks better. Nothing like the Lincoln dealership we bought I car from. I have waited days for an apology and only received one from a new car manager. Not from the people who treated so horrible. My complaint is in the hands of Lincoln now.
On or abouts but I believe it was 9/1/16 I called the dealership and asked to speak with Mr. [redacted] My older brother has had dealings with [redacted] and he suggested I do the same. A nice lady answered my call that Thursday morning around 9:30 am but [redacted] was off work so she asked me if she help me. I told her I'd like for when [redacted] gets back in I'd like to come and test drive the 2006 Mercury Mariner I was interested in. After some light small talk I hung up. The very next morning around 8:30-9am [redacted] called me on my cell and said he will have the vehicle gassed up and waiting on me to come @ 11 am as I stated I could and would be there. I arrived at 11 but the vehicle was nowhere seen. Mr. [redacted] came out and greeted me with the news of some "other salesmen" had come and took it for another customer to test drive. He acted like he was somewhat speechless about the guy coming and getting the vehicle. I said something like WHAT? I don't understand? You knew I was coming..... he apologized about it and said he'd know something as to the status of if it was going to be sold or not and get back to me in a couple hours. Well I never got a call back either way. I have voiced my disappointment in an email sent to both Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] about this experience, however neither of them has responded to me. I'm very disappointed in their lack of concern for this unacceptable experience.

This dealership uses false advertising. Their sales people are rude. I was lied to and insulted. Take your business elsewhere.
