In regards to the complaint filed by [redacted] - I offer the following: After completion of driveway I personally answered any/all calls from Mrs. [redacted] . She has the business phone number along with my personal cell number. I personally visited the site many times as no calls or concerns were EVER ignored. I arranged to patch a small blemish (No where near 1" in depth) as a courtesy. I never even implied that they caused it, but stand firm that.!. certainly did not. I personally noticed some surface damage at the apron & driveway - aoron only. The freeze/thaw cycle along with salt and chemicals used on roads in Western New York are very unforgiving, with newer concrete being the most vulnerable. For that reason we use only 6 bag mix,4000lb. mix from reputable concrete suppliers. In fairness to my supplier , and as a contractor, even the finest quality, properly finished concrete is susceptible to the deteriorating effects of salt , chemicals and freeze/thaw cycles. We know of no reputable redi-mix supplier or contractor who cab claim otherwise. We sealed the concrete with a aualitv sealer after pour. If vou notice on the contract - I included an additional sealer aoplication in the fall at no charge. Our contract also clearly states that we do not guarantee concrete from pitting, spalling, cracking, etc. See paragraph 10 under terms and conditions. In this case, the concrete shows some spalling, but the structural stability and usefulness has not been effected in any way,

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.All that Sebastiano's response served was to dispute specific issues in my complaint to reinforce their position and did not offer any type of resolution whatsoever I have to continue to disagree with their purported explanation as there are many other concrete driveways in my neighborhood that are much older than mine that show virtually no pitting and chipping at all after having withstood many more harsher winters that we did I feel that we should be refunded our money for this substandard quality of material and workmanship and respectfully request that Sebastiano comply

Particularly, in addition to the defective concrete and substandard workmanship performed, Sebastiano showed no regard for our property. In the careless commission of their work, they also damaged the bottom step of our wooden deck by smearing concrete on it and not arranging to remove it; caused excess concrete to get onto our red-colored house brick; broke a chunk of the wooden frame of our garage door; and poured a watery concrete mixture onto our curbside grass (which we later demanded that they remove) and did so leaving the grassy area with a large patch containing no grass.It is very clear after discussing general practices and expectations with our concrete professionals that Sebastiano's practices are solely based on how quickly the job can get done without expending a great deal of time (which is money in any business). In doing so, it is evident in the final product and damages caused.I am also writing to advise that I have some photographs that I could share with the Revdex.com if that is something you would like to see. Please let me know and I will arrange to email them to you.I understand that the Revdex.com has reached out to the business and we are waiting for their initial response. I look forward to an accelerated process in the hopes of getting this resolved as soon as possible. I appreciate your help and look forward to hearing from you.
