Good morning,I am aware of the situation and trouble ** *** is havingThe challenge we are having is communication with the father and not *** ***, the individual who's on the contractTo be complaint with an individuals privacy rights we are restricted in our communicationI
spoke to *** ( the dad) and said I would investigate the issue and see if I could get an explanation for the delay in receiving his Motor VehicleUpon receiving this complaint I can confirm the bank needs additional information from the original owner of the CamaroSusan P***, Controller of Open Road Chevrolet, contacted the original owner last night and was told she would receive the necessary documentsA loaner car was offered to *** *** for his inconvenience but declinedSusan P*** spoke to the father yesterday and said she would communicate with *** today and do everything in her power to get them the documents necessary by today.Sincerely,*** ***

Please let me clarify that the complaint is not for Open Road Chevrolet. Open Road Subaru is the location the car was sold at.Paul S[redacted] General Manager of Open Road Suabaru, has been in touch with the [redacted] was at the dealership and reviewed the issue in person. Paul has assured...

The manager did contact my husband and promised to follow through and fix the vehicle as of last week and we have yet to hear from him again.

This vehicle is currently at our shop we have provided the customer with a loaner vehicle. We will be holding on to the vehicle at least until Friday to see if we can replicate the issue. The last three visits we were unable to duplicate the customer's concern. We performed multiple tests including...

a battery test and all test passed. I do have my top technician working on the vehicle. We have General Motors engineering involved with the repairs and will update everyone once we know what's going on. Once we have the vehicle repaired we will try to provide the customer with a monthly payment reimbursement from General Motors. We are doing everything we can to remedy the situation.Sincerely,Missi C[redacted]
