RUN! Do not buy from them under any circumstance. They pulled a bait and switch. The order was delayed 3 times which will now cause me NOT to be able to give it in time for Christmas. After numerous emails and 7 phone calls, I have determined they say one thing and do another and they just don't care.

I finally bought mine at COSTCO. I got a better color, better clarity and higher carat count for the same price.

Great customer service and prompt delivery. They were always on hand to answer any questions. They even customized my channel set diamond wedding band with a specific pattern of sapphires for no extra charge. (The sapphires and the diamonds are both tiny, so they were approximately the same price for JA to purchase).
