It is true that the complaint was resolvedI filed the complaint and that night *** called me and said she would refund the *** that formed part of my deposit on leaving the suit for alterationI tried to withdraw the complaint but was unable to find my way through your system to do so
The fact that I was aware of and agreed to the *** charge is incorrectI refused to pay this cost repeatedly at her store but she persisted in retaining the $*** so I took that portion of the deposit that she would give and indicated that I would be taking further action, which I did by contacting youThe change in attitude about the *** may have been precipitated by the fact that I found another garment in the suit I picked upI had discovered this when putting the suit away and a few minutes later *** phone with the indication that she would refund the *** and then asked if I had the other garment and could I drop it off when I picked up the ***I did both the next day
