This company must not be to legit Have called to make payment and cannot get hold of anyone during working hours posted on site Seem to switch how you pay every other month is it possible they do not a real company Your payments are not made to them They do not know your account number when you call for help And always have a reason why you cannot talk to anyone If I knew this I would have got a loan elsewhere if you go to the website if you have a question call 332- Not even an or numberBut you call and they say we cannot help You ask for a supervisor and there are noneReally?
Heaven forbid you are a day late with your payment. These vultures will be auto-dialing you the second the clock strikes midnight and won't quit. I've dealt with so many others finance companies in the past with different vehicles and have been late with payments but none of them were as desperate. These guys are by far the greediest of them all. I've since tried to get rid of my motorcycle by having someone take over payments and unlike others, they will not let you transfer the payments to someone else. If you are in the stages of buying a motorcycle and this is the company the dealer offers you, WALK AWAY. Horrible company.
