April 7, Complaint ID #*** Dear Revdex.com, I was in communication with the consumer on January 8th and January 9th, regarding a leak due to the pipes freezing at the consumer's residenceMy workers went out to the consumer's residence for an hour and a half and repaired the leak under the
house and through their floor to fix the issueThe invoice total for this service call was $which included hours labor @ $hour, $27,for parts, and $for taxThe breakdown for labor, parts, and tax was included on this invoice as well as the description: Repair busted water line under houseThe consumer then reached out two weeks later on January 23, for another leak in the same areaMy workers went out on January and accessed the leak and noticed that the leak was in a different spot on the same pipeMy workers told the consumer that it would be best to replace the entire pipe due to a hairline crack, but the consumer did not want to do that so they just fixed the portion of the pipe that was leakingOn January 24, the consumer reached out to me again with issues of the same pipe leaking againMy workers went back to the consumer's residence and replaced a foot section where the pipe had been leaking in different spotsThe invoice total for these services calls was $which included hours labor @ $hour (I only charged her $for labor instead of $and did not charge her for parts), and $for taxThe breakdown for labor and tax was included on this invoice as well as the description: Repair water line further up due to crack extending up pipeThe consumer did reach out on February 8, to inquire about the bill, but I did not have the paperwork on me at that time to give her an accurate amount dueThe consumer then contacted me on February 14, to see if I could meet at their insurance company to give them their billI agreed to do soAt that time, the consumer asked if I would take monthly payments which I told them I could not but I told them I was willing to work with them on paymentOn March 1, 2017, I contacted the consumer because I still had not received payment for any of the work that we had completedThe consumer did not give me a specific time frame of when they could get payment to meOn March 8, 2017, the consumer contacted me regarding an itemized billI informed the consumer that I could prepare an itemized bill for them but would have to charge them for an itemized bill due to the fact that I had already given the consumer invoices with a complete description of work performed and that I also have not received any form of payment from them at all on the work that had been done in JanuaryI understand that the consumer may be on a fixed budget income and I told them I was willing to work with them, but as a business I need to pay my bills as well and I still have not received payment from this consumer to dateThank you, Josh J***
