her master's bathroom. > She agreed to 3/8" of the thickness of the shower glass door and gave me a deposit of $500.00. She also agreed to pay the balance of $500.00 on the day of the installation. > Next day in the afternoon, [redacted] called me saying that she wants her shower glass door the same as upstairs but it was too late to change because the glass was already cut to the order she agreed and already tempered. > On 9-05- 2017 my installer came to [redacted]s house to do the installation of the shower glass door and she asked my guy is the glass is the same as upstairs? > He said it's going to be prior to the order she agreed. > She refused to do the installation. > [redacted] came to my office with her husband and after my explanation she agreed to do installation on 9-11- 2017 > Than she called me to and asked to reschedule for 9- 14 - 2017. > My installer came to do his job and she changed her mind once again saying that she wants the different glass shower door. > I thought after spending so much time talking even her husband tried to convince her that there's nothing wrong with the glass shower door she did ordered, and I can't cut a glass which been already tempered. > If you changed your mind you should have told me  the same day instead of after 24 hours. > I can't do refunds of $500.00 or exchange for free. > I'm sorry but for me to cut a different glass, [redacted] has to pay the entire amount of $1.000.00 or agree to install the original glass shower door which is still sitting in my shop.
