After reading the document that was sent please allow me to explain the three complaints.1. Address 3/22/2015 manufacturing date:a. The Dynasty model is our most popular. We make it In Plush, Firm or Euro Top.If you look at our website you will see that the standard Euro Top model is a one sided...

[redacted]/ Since we are the manufacturer we are able to make two-sided mattresses upon request. This customer requested one.b. Since this is a special ma ke for this model we manufacturer a two-sided when ordered.c. In our Dynasty line of bedding (Plush, Firm and One-sided Euro Top) we make 400-600 of these a year. We make borders for these mattresses ahead of time .During the border making process the law tag is sewn In. Because of how popular this line is I am very surprised of the difference between manufacturing date and purchase date. Periodically borders get misplaced In our Sewing Department. The only explanation that I have Is that an older border was found sometime prior to when that mattress was manufactured.d. We do not make these two-sided Dynasty Euro Top mattresses ahead of an order. We only sell 8-10 of these two-sided mattresses a year. I would be happy  to subject myself, my brother Steve (Plant manager) or any employee In our Mattress Assembly Department to a lie detector test. We just do not make these ahead of an order.2. Corners of mattress bowing out:a. In the thirty-six years of manufacturing mattresses I have never had this complaint. During the manufacturing process foam is put In each corner of the inner spring. The purpose of the foam is to round the corners. If you did not put anything in the corner of t he inner spring the border would suck ln. In our manufacturing process we like to make sure we put enough foam In each corner.That Is what you are seeing . The corner of each mattress has no bearing on the mattress support when sleeping. We do It simply to round the corners. It Is no different than any other bedding manufacturer. I would be happy to supply you pictures of a mattress with the foam and without foam In the corners. I would guarantee you would order the mattress with foam In each corner.3. Feeling the inner spring;a. I find this very hard to believe. The Dynasty model is in our Gold Collection which is In the top of our line of bedding. Over the Inner spring you have 5 W' of high density foam. If I was to lay this foam on a table, you would never bottom out and feel the table.Nothing was never mentioned about the sleep surface of the mattress. All the things mentioned above are not warranty Issues. As stated In our warranty If the top of the mattress shows a body Impression over 1 1/4" we will fix it. You can check this by laying a straightedge across the mattress. lf there are body Impressions, measure from the bottom of the straightedge to the top of the mattress. There are other things with regards to warranty that must be met and are spelled out in the warranty document.The mattress was made new when ordered. l apologize for the difference in dates. We are not willing to refund this customer's money back. We know we built the requested bedding when ordered and the complaint that is issued does not constitute a warranty issue.Sincerely,Jim [redacted]V.P.
