Good Afternoon,  We received the complaint ID [redacted] filed by [redacted]. All charges are correct,  his balance is merely rent and utility charges for June 2016.  I spoke directly with Mr. [redacted] and explained move out procedures as well as he received move-out...

procedures when he and Bethany gave notice on 4/30/2016, attached NTV form.  I have also attached the email I sent in June 2016 due to Mr. [redacted] not returning telephone calls regarding his move-out or returning keys to the townhome.  Mr. [redacted] was given ample time to dispute and/or setup payment arrangements in our office before we turned his file over to our collection agent October 2016. He has also disputed the balance in February 2017 with National Credit Services our collection agent and after further review they deemed charges to be valid.  Mr. [redacted] will need to contact the National Credit Services and they will setup payment reduction or payment arrangements with him. Once we the property release the resident’s file to collections we are unable to reduce balances and/or remove from credit report.  Warmest Regards,
