Review: On May 27, 2015, Jamey's Home Improvement removed a tin roof and put on a new metal roof.He gave two year labor warranty. The first rain we had after the new roof was put on, two major leaks developed.As of today, November 18, 2015, after numerous complaints and attempts to repair the leak, we still have the same leak. I also have damage to the ceiling in two different rooms.The owner, Mr. Jamey Hankins, will not return calls, and was sent a registered letter, which he never picked up from the Post Office. This letter included a request for Mr. Hankins to repair the roof within 45 days from the date of the letter. As today's date, we have not seen any attempts to repair the leaks. After the letter was returned, I tried contacting him by phone two more times.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. I would like a record made of this incident, so that others will not have to go through this.
