August 26, 2015I Jamie Marin Pocono Handyman was hire by [redacted] in June to power wash a deck x which I power washedAs I was cleaning the deck I notice that there where a couple of dark black stains on the deck and handrails balusters penetrate into the wood due to oil /grease that I believe came from using the cooking grill on the deck, as I was power washing the deck and balusters I was only able to remove the oil slick on the deck and baluster but not the dark black stain that had penetrated into the wood, which I clean to best of my abilityI inform the occupant in the trailer home to please reframe from spilling grease from the cooking grill on to the deck because, grease stain penetrate into the wood, that the stain could can not be remove just by power washing the deck- As you can read on [redacted] statement he had to use a sander to remove the stain on the baluster and deckI was just hire to power wash deck and I believe I completed the work that I was hire to do 100% [redacted] left phone massage that he was not please with the job, therefore he did not want to hire my company to stain the deckA couple day later I receive a call from [redacted] stating that he had to spend more time on the deck than my company did power washing the deck, [redacted] stated because, he put time into the deck trying to get the stain marks out, therefore I had to refund to him $for the work that he had to done on the deckI call [redacted] that I would consider a refund of $not because my company didn't do the job for him or because he said that I need to refund him, nevertheless I would do it because I stand behind the work my company doHe rejected my offer and said that he was going to report my company to the Revdex.com, it I did not refund him the money he was requisition from my company.Regards,

I believe came from using the cooking grill on the deck, as I was power washing the deck and balusters I was only able to remove the oil slick on the deck and baluster but not the dark black stain that had penetrated into the wood, which I clean to best of my ability.
