I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I do want to point out that Encompass CU needs to work on there credit reporting habits and follow through this was always an on going issue not receiving responses and upon paying this settlement I found out from not one or two lenders but half dozen or more that had heard of Encompass CU and the inability to properly report on to credit bureau I do want to thank them for getting things cleared up quickly after I made the complaint and hope they will proceed to get better.
