of this property stopped May 18, 2105, the day the resident turned in Keys. ON
that day I emailed [redacted], regarding the move-out inspection and issues found
in the townhouse ([redacted]). Both issues in the...

complaint were in the email. At this
time I asked her ow she would like us to proceed and she stated she would
handle repairs and cleaning herself.In the state of Virginia we have 45 days to refund a tenants
security deposit. So any additional damages she felt should had been tenant responsibility,
our office should have been made aware of prior to July 2nd.Please feel free to contact the office if you have any
problems or questions.Thank you,[redacted]

Review: THIS COMPANY HANDLED THE RENTAL OF MY TOWNHOUSE IN VIRGINIA. WHIILE THE RENTER WAS LIVING THERE HE TOOK THE SCREEN DOOR OFF AND LEFT IT LAYING IN THE BACK YARD. THE WEATHER DESTROYED THE DOOR. THE RENTER ALSO RAN A GAS FIREPLACE WITH THE VENT CLOSED WHICHED CAUSED $1500 OF SMOKE DAMAGE. I CONTACTED J&J ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO REPAIR OR REPLACE EITHER SITUATION.Desired Settlement: THIS COMPANY SHOULD MAKE THE REPAIRS.
