I reside in the West Courts community in Odenton, Maryland Jams provided exceptional service during the Blizzard of The plow drivers (what great perseverance during the height of the blizzard) scraped what they could, so at least there was a single path They were on site within the hour window they promised and brought several pieces of heavy equipment to relocate the inches of snow that fell The crew was skilled and accommodating and worked well into the night Crew members returned to complete clearing the sidewalks, mailboxes and bus stops Thank you very much to all the members of the crew Very pleased
