On June 12th, Lori sent an e-mail to Mr*** that outlined some options to reduce cleaning expenses at his facility
On June 15, Mr*** sent an e-mail response to Lori which expanded on his reason for cancelling to include service issuesWe provided his feedback to the individual cleaning his facility and believe those items have been addressed
If Mr*** feels there are still unresolved cleaning issues, our agreement clearly defines a process for cancelling service if we are unable to rectify any service issues within a 30-day cure periodTo initiate the process that we agreed to follow, Mr*** would need to send a certified letter detailing the current service issuesWe would then have 30-days to cure those issues to his reasonable satisfactionAt this point, Mr*** has not initiated that process
We will send an Operations Manager to Mr***'s facility on Monday to review the cleaning services that are provided 1x per week (each weekend)
