In response to the complaint received from [redacted] : We understand that there has been some inadequate communication with Mr [redacted] We could have had this issued resolved if Mr [redacted] would have allowed our subcontractors to fix the problems on 11/ Jan could not make the scheduled appointment due to medical issues with his backWe will be issuing a $refund check to Mr [redacted] seeing as this is the only way to resolve this issue with himThanks, Jan [redacted] Jan's Tub Repair
