In ref to the complaint filed by [redacted] on 12/15/ I found the copies of the service calls relating to this customer (attached) 12/30/- - Inspection of lines and checking toilet Found that the commode was slow to drain and the suggestion to have tank pump was made Amount of service call was $plus $mileage fee, for a total of $ 01/25/- - Installed a new toilet in hall bath Invoice was $plus $mileage fee, for a total of $ The technician that responded is a licensed plumber and there are times where an issue is resolved by a process of eliminationThe tank pumping company would not have pumped the tank if it had not needed to be pumped I have checked all the back phone logs and have found no record of a call from this customer since 01/25/ Therefore have had no knowledge of a continuous issue Due to the fact that I have no documentation of this customer calling on the dates he specified, I am unable to determine that there had been a re-occuring problem and will not be providing any type of refund However, we would be happy to schedule a service call to come out and attempt to resolve his issue Thank you, [redacted] Office Manager Janak Plumbing

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:the last call to this comany resulted in me being told they had begun a big project and would not be able to help meThis company didn't do the septic so they have no knowledge in this matterSince this s did not resolve the backup problem this was an unnecessary expense at this pointWe seem to be playing a guessing gameAnd their last guess was, apparently, incorrect I also asked the Owner if his $quote included everythingSince I was again charged a mileage fee of $his assurance $was incorrectHe did not say plus mileage$was supposed to be the total period If [redacted] would has made an effort to respond to my continuing problem I would have been unhappy about the septic clean but would live with itBut I was brushed aside with a firm we ain't gonna mess with you because we don't want to do anything that won't put more money in our pocket If they're not going to respond when they failed to fix the problem is just bad business Come fix the original issue which I feel has been amply paid for and this will go a long way toward affirming your reliability and customer service Regards, [redacted]

suggestion to have tank pump was made.  Amount of service call was $129.00 plus $50.00 mileage fee, for a total of $179.00   01/25/16 - - Installed a new toilet in hall bath.  Invoice was $500.00 plus $50.00 mileage fee, for a total of $550.00.   The technician that responded is a licensed plumber and there are times where an issue is resolved by a process of elimination.
