The member contacted us about the charges on his account after the day threshold required for reporting possible fraud/disputed transactions We explained this to the member and that is was in the account opening documentation he received We then proceeded to go over the disputed transactionsWe explained that the transitions were not from [redacted] directly, but from merchants who use [redacted] to finalize their payment processing We informed the member they can contact [redacted] and get the details on the merchant name and location to follow the required process of contacting the merchant first We advised the member that they need to first contact the merchants and [redacted] and we would then further review if we could assist We advised the member that one of the transactions appear to from a [redacted] retailer, and since he has a motorcycle loan through us, it was probably a merchant name he may have made a purchase from and didn't recognize because of the [redacted] designation We had no further contact with the member prior to the Revdex.com complaintWe contacted the member today and he said he was in the hospital and would contact us in a week to discuss We will provide the member with the contact information to our fraud resolution area within the credit card processing company when we hear back
