ake's Deli sincerely apologizes for the late response in the matter as we are a completely new management team and entity running Jake's, that has only just come on board June 17thAny and all previous management is no longer with Jake's DeliAs far as we have learned so far, Jake's Deli at the
time sold the meat by the pound as is, unless specifiedFor instance, there is an option to have the meat cut lean and extra lean for a higher price per pound, of courseWe apologize for the previous management's faultsWe unfortunately cannot issue any refunds of previous management's faults at this timeYou should have been made aware at the time of how you would prefer your cut of meatAny complaints to the meat itself should be directed to *** *** *** *** *** and not Jake's Deli for simply cutting and supplyingWe assure you as a new management entity moving forward that we would be more than happy to issue a refund were it our faultWe will also learn from this incident and be sure to properly train our staff on how to provide the proper cut of meats to our guestsWe hope you have time to enjoy Jake's once we have made it the way we see fit
