Horrible billing service that is conducted by an outside company. The gym does not provide you with the details of the contract until after it is signed. Please ask to read the contract. They continue to bill even after guidelines have been met to cancel membership. I would suggest that you look into alternative gym sites and consider another place to workout instead of Jane's Gym.
