readyI arrived to find my equipment spread out throughout the location and was very disappointed to find it in very poor conditionWhile talking with the homeowner, he indicated to me that he was surprised that the equipment was in as good a condition as it was given the extreme amount of alcohol that was consumed the night beforeI told him to tell *** that I would not bill her for the additional charges as a wedding giftHe thanked me for thatI have no idea why *** would think she would deserve her deposit back given the poor condition she left my equipmentThis complaint is unreasonable and should be disregardedBecause of cus***ers like her, I have raised my prices to pay for cleaning and replacement of equipmentI wanted to provide average people with reasonable rates but I now know that is not possible

I did see ***'s response to my complaint but before I get to that, I'll start with the complaint that I wasn't finished with.After that I told him that was unprofessional of himWhen running a business you should speak directly to your cus***ers.And I asked him why wouldn't I have any documentation showing I wasn't getting it back or why wouldn't he have called if I supposedly left everything so horribleHe said that's why you pay a depositHe told me ,"this conversation is done" and hung up on meSo I went to ***'s and spoke with his wife Lynn and I told her what was going on and she couldn't believe itShe said you were here all day and had everything folded and ready to go for themI said I know but he's saying otherwiseClaiming I broke a chair and people were standing on chairs.She was also my wedding as well and couldn't believe this mans accusationsSo she called *** and asked *** if *** ever said anything about me not getting my deposit back *** said no*** said to him must have been a good night there was a chair that was broke and that was all he said to himHe never told *** tell *** she won't be receiving her deposit backHe said *** is lying and was just as astonished about him keeping itNow like I said I personally folded every chair and stacked themThere wasn't one broke when I folded themBut if there was a chair broke, they cost between $to $bucksYou can't take $from someone for thatAnd I am willing to pay for a chairI am not willing to let someone keep a deposit of $when I spent all day cleaning and stacking tables and.chairsI'm willing to show pictures of my weddingIt was a clean beautiful wedding if I would have known I would have this to deal with I also would have taken pictures of it cleaned upI have over a handful of witnesses that stopped by the next day when I was cleaningI am not ashamed of the way I left anything.The tables he dropped off to me were white plastic molded tables that had stains all over themI complained to my cousin about them and like she said at least I had plastic tablecloths to cover them so no one would seeI don't like that I'm having to go back n forth with this man but this is not rightFirst, he lied in the phone and said he came there at noon when I was there all day and I told him he was lyingNow he's saying he had crews by in the morning and in the afternoonI had things stacked why wouldn't they have pulled in and started loading up as I was tearing stuff downThey had two tents to tear down which while I was cleaning and folding things they could have been taking down and getting out of ***'s yardI did leave two ice tables draining which were dry before I left and were sitting right by the tent they had to tear down n two brown tables that were next to the ice tables as they were to heavy for me to move aloneAll other tables were stackedYou cannot charge someone for folding a couple of legs in on four tables and loading them into your vehicle..there was no tables scattered throughout the property they were in a row right next to the tentHe is lyingI have pictures of the day before to show which tables were left out.I have shown *** the message that *** sent the Revdex.com and he couldn't believe ***'s liesHe said the only thing *** ever brought up to him was about a chair being brokenTo use the fact that I served beer at my wedding against me is absurdMost wedding serve alcohol.He is not staying to the point of the matter and he keeps changing his his storyHe can't tell me he thought I was ashamed that's why I wasn't there when I had been there all day and say he came by at noon and once I told him he was lying now say he had crews drive by a couple of timesI feel that this was all a scam to keep my depositI don't know if I need to follow up on the better Revdex.com website or what my next action needs to be but I reject his responsePlease, keep me updated as to what I need to do as my next step.
