This company is not telling the truth Regarding the title I was under the impression that the title would be mailed to me None of the guys I got this vehicle from told me that they do not mail the titles out Only after Janet called me looking for the car payment was I told the Title was on there desk and they do not mail them out I had called several times talking to these gentlemen about the van not running and that I have not got the paper work to legally tag the van all they said was don't bring it here and said nothing about the title being on there desk and kept hanging up on me Now regarding the warranty I did purchase the warranty but not when I purchased the vehicle I believe I purchased the van on a Thursor Friday and went back in that following Monday and paid for the warranty And I was told that the distributor was not covered under the warranty I did have another mechanic check the van out and he stated it was the computer but Janet and some other guy in the office said it was the distributor without even looking at the van and proceeded to argue about the situation I did have my mom with me at this time and she is my witness that Janet said she would have it looked at and add it to the end of my loan because there sign out front stated some saying about they make there customers happy and I told her I was a customer and I was not happy and she stated that adding it to the end of my loan was the best she could do and she is trying to help me Why else would we have this conversation if my warranty covered thisAnd if the warranty covered this why is she wanting me to pay $and some dollars???? this does not make since this is the first I have heard that the distributor was covered under the warranty.Now as them being a respectable business not at all, everyone I spoke to about this company did not have one good thing to say Even the tow company that is thru their warranty told me to take the van back and run that this company is well known for ripping people off And they only have a C- with the Revdex.com.And regarding the Sold As Is that this is explained in detail and stressed at time of purchase is not true at all Neither one of the gentlemen brought this up at time of purchase I thought by buying this warranty I would be covered for days And who would have thought that this vehicle would not last days These gentlemen even told me they drove this van to the lake and how good it was and even left there personal property in the van which I returned to them.I thought there was a lemon law in effect for all vehicle to last at least days.I have never in my years dealt with a company so crooked as this one I have bought several used cars (never had a new one) and never been treated as poorly as this

Buyer [redacted] stated she & husband parted & that she would pay $100.00 a week to make up rearage of April payment. After making 2 of those late stated she would be in the following Thursday - no show. Sent out for Repo. [redacted] asked as to hold 30 days. After 21 days. Came removed...
