a maximum of $100.00.Corrections couldn't be made because of advertising deadlines which are at least a week in advance of auctions. Reserves were set on those items as you requested and all items were sold as they met your reserves.

Thank you for your follow up on my claim #[redacted], I did receive a check on February 11, 2017 for the sale held on January 1, 2017, but did have some questions/issues with the expense deductions as outlined below in my e-mail to [redacted] Auction Services sent on February 12, 2017 as outlined below. I have not received a response to date to these charges in question:

Thank you for sending the sale bills/settlement and check. I have a couple of questions on the settlement.
When we discussed your fees and charges, you said that your fee would be 15% and approximately $500 for advertising and that there would be no additional charges as this included everything.
1. The settlement sheet shows $200 + 15%. Why are you deducting the additional $200?
2. The settlement sheet shows $100 for sale bills. This was never addressed during any of our discussions as your 15% "included everything".
3. The settlement sheet shows $100 for the port-a-potty. Again, this was never discussed as your 15% "included everything".
4. The settlement sheet shows $890 for advertising, which is almost twice the amount you quoted me. Why was this not agreed to prior to you advertising my sale and why were the requested corrections not made prior to publishing?
I would really appreciate a quick response as I am holding the check you mailed, which is dated [redacted]17 (why over a month before I received it?) and my response to the Revdex.com as I am not satisfied with the additional surprise deductions that were NEVER mentioned. I believe you owe me additional monies for these non-discussed, non-agreed on charges.
