Went to store to be fitted for a tux for prom in 4/11/ The measures and ordered the tux I paid for the lease that day Picked up the tux on 4/18/ It was the wrong size and color for the best and the Made phone call to correct the problem They could not get the correct color in in time Left messages for the manager, made stops by the store with a resolution to the problem The last visit, I was told the problem would be corrected when I dropped off the tux and a credit made to my card Spoke with the manager in 4/with the promise that she would handle this on Monday No one has called me or credited my account for their mistake They have been unprofessional and reluctant to keep their word
