We recently had a metal roof put on by Leverman RoofingThe material showed up and the work was done exactly when they said it would be and for the price quotedThey were excellent at communicating what was being done and whyWe had one issue with the depth of our roof and it was handled with genuine concern and professionalismVery pleased with the result and with the company

On April 7,I had a 10x16' roof replaced which was very well doneI also had deck mount skylights replaced due to leaksWhen Leverman's measured for my skylight, I was informed that they were not a standard size and the only option was to replace them with a curb mount skylight which would involve more interior finish workIt was agreed
On the day of installation, the windows replaced were much too big and left me with a 1/'' ledge on either side of the bulkhead which I was not happy withAfter lengthy discussion, they agreed to replace them with a more appropriate sizeThis was done on the 14thof AprilThe next day we had a strong wind stormIt was then I noted a breeze coming through one of the skylights I called the window company and they said the usual cause of this was from not enough pressure on the gasket when being securedI called Leverman's to tell of my problem and his response was" that I am not coming back and to just get the finish work done and everything would be fine" even knowing what the window company's recommendation wasI was very upset at thisUp till now it was just an unfortunate series of events in my opinion and they had been very good about resolving the problem
The window people sent the problem to Velux and after they recommended the original solution, they sent a team who seem to have fixed the problemThey still only checked the window with the obvious leakI am still in the process of getting a Velux accredited crew to ensure that things are properly sealedIt has also come to light that my skylights were a standard size all along and could just have been replaced without all the extra finishing work
