Worst janitorial service ever.

Not only do they not resolve any complaints, the service worsens after contacting them. They do not complete the tasks on the agreement, and the ones they do, are not done well. They seem to think that it is alright to cleaning every surface with bleach, not the proper cleaning solution as described in the agreement.

Due to their poor performance, we decided not to renew our contract with them. The service deteriorated even more, which I did not think was possible. Even though we pay for our entire facility to be cleaned, they basically come in and empty the trash cans, and neglect any other important cleaning tasks.

I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use Jani-King for your janitorial needs.
