They refuse to honor warranty work on my still warrantied Mazda My wife's Mazda CX-received a factory recall for a component of the emission system We took the vehicle to Paducah Ford/Mazda for that warranty repair Shortly after having this accomplished (we don't drive it that often, so it was within two or three driving days afterward) the check engine light came on I again called for an appointment for warranty repair In each case, it was almost weeks from the date of call until they could look at the vehicle Additionally, when I would call to make an appointment, I would have to call as many as five times during the day because the service department would not answer the phone After looking at the vehicle, they had to order parts which required us to make another appointment which took another week and within two days after getting it home I have another check engine light Again another or calls to get another appointment another week later Again t

I purchased a Ford Mustang from *** *** Ford in Jackson OhioI took delivery of the car on 10/3/17, drove it miles from Jackson Ohio (*** *** Ford) to my home in Springfield OHThe next day on 10/04/I drove it to Grand rivers KY about miles from Paducah FordThe car was modified by the original owner and had a Magna Charger Supercharger added to the engineThe last miles of the trip the supercharger started making a loud noiseI contacted the dealer in Ohio, and they asked me to take the car to the nearest dealership for inspection/repairOn 10/4/17, I had the car towed to Paducah Ford at my expense to prevent potential engine damagePaducah Ford was not able to look at the car while I was there and their start date was actually 10/7/ I had to come back to Ohio and leave the car there with themThey verified the Supercharger was the issue, removed it and sent it to the only authorized repair facility for the unit in California

I found a used truck online for $22,and contacted the dealershipThe internet sales manager said the truck is the wrong color but everything else is accurateWe make a offer for $20,a extremely reasonable offerThey say they can’t come anywhere close to thatWhich really confuses me because that’s not a far off offerLong story short these people have the wrong price on the site also and refuse to tell us, even tho at this point we’ve caught on and knowThey throw all these outrageous high numbers at us and try to get us to sign on the dotted line without ever even telling us they’ve raised the price over $7,Imagine going into a dealership with $4,cash down to pay for a truck that’s $22,and secretly the dealer trying to con you into paying higher monthly payments for a truck that’s $29,and never telling you hoping you wouldn’t noticeIt’s advertising and not to mention extremely illegalThey made a mistake then refused to make it known and aknowle

January 20,
To Whom It May Concern:
We are writing to you to bring your attention to an unsatisfying experience we had at a Ford dealership repair shop and express our concerns on the poor service and the inflated labor rate we received At Paducah Ford in KY?
Our story:
We are snowbirds that are currently in southern AlabamaWe were traveling to Wisconsin on December 20th for Christmas We stopped in Paducah for the first nightAt the motel we noticed we had an oil leak, we opened the hood and realized it was much more, we had a thick oil mixture bubbling out of the coolant reservoir We called and talked to Ron Din the service department and talked to Ron D., he told us it could be an oil cooler issueHe readily told us that they were busy and would not be able to look at it for a week, and that we should make arrangements for a rental car
We dropped the truck off on Wed., 12/by a.mWe continued on for our holiday, on our way back south, Ron called us on Tuesday27th to tell us it was going to be a major repair It was the oils cooler and it was a $5,estimateSo we extended our rental car for another week and headed to where we have our RV in Alabama and wait
We had been in contact with Ron each week, and he kept saying they are doing their best at getting at this January 4th he called and said they couldn't get the radiator cleaned and we would need a new one When asked if it would be done by the next weekend again said I'll try as hard as we canThis week we called on Tuesday, January 10th and he said they were working on taking the cab off, so they could get in and start cleaning out the engine we talked to him Thursday, January 12th, and he said they almost had the cab off, and they would be able to start cleaningIt's been two weeks, just starting the cleaning now? It takes two days to remove the cab?
We said we are planning on coming up next Tuesday (1/17) to pick it up(This is 500+ miles) Our car rental had been weekly running Wednesday to Wednesday Ron did not seem very confident that it would be done by Wednesday, the 18thThis would have been three weeks! Not counting the first week, when he admitted that they were too busy to get at itWe have been paying for this rental car for a month nowNo loaner cars available for these extensive repairs
We realized that this was a "big and messy" job, but are very concerned about the delays We did not want to complain because we were afraid to be put on the 'back burner' but definitely felt that we are already were
On Friday (1/13) Ron called us and said that the truck would be done on Monday, (1/16) We emailed him and told him that we would drive up and pick it up on Tuesday, arriving mid- to later afternoon
We arrived at the dealership approximately 2:in the afternoon, where Ron told us that the truck was not done They were still doing the final flush We were rather dumbfounded and very upset we had just been on the road for over hours The truck was completed and ready for pick up by 7:am on Wednesday morning
During this time we were renting a car, we were never offered the use of a loaner vehicle This was another $1,dollar expense for us When we checked out and paid the bill, we found out that the bill for the labor was $3,the labor rate for Paducah Ford is $ WHAT?
When you have trouble on the road, we felt lucky because we were only a mile from the closest Ford dealer We had no idea that there was such a difference in labor rates, at different dealers and that Paducah would have such an inflated rate* *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** ** *** *** * *** *** ** *** *** ***
We should have called around but at the time you are stranded on the road and go to the nearest dealer We learned a very valuable and expensive lesson
Another of our concerns is that the dealer had this vehicle for weeks and the labor charge showed that they only worked on it hours We are so upset with this, we paid a month of rental car and wait and wait, and they spent less than days on our truck!!! The efficiency of this garage is ***
Our hope is that we can share this with enough people to make them aware of thisWe talk to a lot of RVrs and so far everyone is shocked at that labor rate and the service that we received
Very Frustrated and Angry

Paducah Ford charged me over $to fix a wire that had been spliced from the factoryI bought this vehicle new and I should be worried let alone paying for faulty manufacturing

My wife and I purchased a Escape and a F-We had a great experience with Greg Blewett (no immediate relation.) We received top dollar for our trade-ins and a a great deal on the cars we purchasedGreg kept us posted on the entire process of purchasing and followed through with the repairs needed for the F-as agreed in our negotiationsWhat more can you ask for! We do not buy cars often, but when we do, the next time, we will be looking at Paducah Ford first!

Had Paducah Ford tow my van that I bought from them and had less than a year and the engine blew upThey overcharged me for the vehicle and then lied about my tow bill price and overcharged me for itThen told me I could make payments on the tow billCalled the service department and told them the engine guy was picking my van up and they told me that was fine and to come get itThe wrecker got there and they refused to release my vanThey have lied numerous times and sold me a lemon

In OctMy wife and I traded in a Lincoln Aviator on a Chevy Silverado series pick up ! I was on the computer looking for a reasonably priced truck because we needed to be able to haul things as we were remodeling our house and we live on a small farm and the SUV just wouldn't do it! Also trucks just have more leg room and I am a pretty big guyStill the Aviator did get us around! I seen this truck on Paducah Ford website listed price $I called and ask the salesman *** *** if that was the price and he said if that is what it says it is it is come on down and take it for a test drive and lets see how you like it! I agreed and we drove down thereAs we test drove the truck their mechanics looked over our aviator and would only offer us $trade in which we thought really low but we needed a truck so we were agreeable! While we test drove the truck *** pointed out since I couldn't figure out how fast I was driving that their were some electrical issues
