The new owner of the Jani-King of Western Wa took over a few months ago and we have experienced ongoing issues ever since Very poor mopping and vacuuming They seem to spot do the floors and only mop every few days They were hired to mop and vacuum daily and clean the bathroomsWe routinely find visible dirt or debris left that we end up cleaning up insteadThey completely ignore other areas such as a little kitchen alcove that one staff member ended up mopping and it came up blackOur garbage bin is left open and unlocked to that other people put stuff in and the crows scatter it when it gets over fullThey may or may not respond to complaints, however, the upshot is nothing is done in response to complaints and there is no improvement in serviceIt's like talking to a wall
