Please be advised that I did not submit any photos to this insurance company because I did not file a claim for this incidentI had only "informed" the insurance company of this matter because a tenant sustained extensive damage to his vehicle when the neighbor's tree fell on it in my parking lotI explained at that time that I was not filing a claim, as I did not believe there was enough property damage to submit a claimAt the time, I was told by the insurance representative, Katrina, that she would "put a note" stating such in my folder, and that was the end of our conversation regarding this matterContrary to the insurance company's claim, I did not speak with an insurance adjuster regarding this so-called claim, nor did I have any knowledge that a claim had been submitted until November of this year, when I attempted to change insurance coverage providers for a different home that I own, and discovered that claims had been listed on my other house, when I only had knowledge of the one claim that I submitted for massive hail damage in The claim in was obviously submitted without my knowledge or consent, and I believe this company exercised extremely poor, and possibly unethical business practices in this matter which has now resulted in me being forced to remain with this company, as other companies will not accept me as a customer at this time due to the two claims that appear on my record, again one of which I did not even know about until recently

neighbors tree onto her rental property and that there were damages.We submitted the claim to the complainant's insurance company. On August 4, 2015 the claim adjuster from the complainant's insurance company contacted her. The adjuster asked her to take photos of the damages. He told the complainant that he would make an appointment to inspect the damage to the property. The complainant then asked him how the Insurance claim would affect her insurance policy as she has had a previous claim. The claim representative advised the complainant to contact her agent on that topic. On August 7, 2015 1:35 PM the complainant called our office. She had assessed the damage and found it was not as bad as she had originally thought. The complainant wanted us to advise the insurance company's claim representative that contacted her to please withdraw the claim. We did as requested. On August 7,2015 the insurance company sent a letter to the claimant acknowledging that she withdrew the claim and that it is now closed.Sincerely, James [redacted]
