Dear [redacted], JRE has a Clean Record for over 27 Years because Our Customer service and workmanship are the best in the Performance industry. We make mistakes and are willing to own up to those mistakes. I have made multiple attempts to contact and resolve this dispute, I have been ignored or flatly refused. I was told there is nothing to talk about on at least 3 occasions. I also contacted his Dad who was also a customer of ours hoping he could Arbitrate a resolution. All the while this Customer has been on a rampage of Slander and Defamation of character in as many public forums as possible over the last 6 months in an effort to damage the good name of JRE. This customer has even gone as far as Posting a Death threat to myself and my 9 employees, of which there is a Police report filed at the Waterbury PD. I strongly believe this customer has no intention of resolving this complaint and only wants a bad report published against [redacted] Racing Enterprises Inc.

I am rejecting this response because:
The statements by Mr Jannetty are false and made up. I, and others that have been taken advantage off by his shop are sharing our stories. It's all 100% truthful, we have the documents to back everything up.  There is no slander.  He is merely upset because his days of stealing from honest customers are over. He also made a false police report with no proof of and said claims.  His employees are good people and were good friends. Mr jannetty is the criminal and the one responsible for the shady dealings.  I will be continuing this claim along with a possible law suit.
