reflects thatWe had new office personnel and she did not realize she needed to manually type in the word used as well as the adjusted priceThe customer picked up the truck and then called and complained about the same problems he had said he was going to repair himselfWe decided to have him bring in the truck on Monday and check it out but when he came Monday he would not let us test drive the truck, he would not let us check out any of the prior problems
